Official User Agreement, C2C Protocol Rules, and Legal Guidelines for thearbwallet.com.
By accessing, registering, or trading on Ar wallet (thearbwallet.com), you legally agree to adhere to these Terms of Service. Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Indian mobile number and functional UPI payment handle (PhonePe, MobiKwik, supermoney, Freo, Moneyview, Navi).
All trades on Ar wallet utilize an automated cryptographic escrow vault. When a buyer initiates a buy order, the corresponding ARB tokens are locked securely. The buyer must transfer exact INR funds directly to the seller's verified UPI account. The seller must confirm the receipt of funds in their bank account before releasing tokens.
Ar wallet operates a direct-to-bank C2C model. The platform charges 0% commission on peer-to-peer bank settlements. Users are strictly responsible for ensuring their registered UPI handle is active and capable of receiving direct IMPS/UPI transfers.
To prevent duplicate fraud, sybil attacks, and market manipulation, each individual is permitted only ONE registered account per mobile device and bank handle. The registration of multi-accounts will trigger permanent automated suspension.
In the event of a payment discrepancy (e.g. buyer claims payment made, but seller did not receive bank SMS), either party may initiate an Appeal. Official arbiter support will freeze escrow and review authentic bank UTR statements. Falsified payment receipts result in immediate forfeiture of account balances.
Digital asset trading involves market dynamics. While Ar wallet provides 100% escrow protection during active trades, users acknowledge that arbitrage margins fluctuate with market volume.
