We only collect essential data required to facilitate peer-to-peer C2C trading and protect accounts against fraud: mobile phone number for authentication, connected UPI VPAs for payment routing, and device/IP telemetry for multi-account prevention.
Your information is exclusively used to: (a) securely match buyers and sellers on the C2C trading book, (b) process automated instant UPI settlements, (c) verify dispute resolution UTR numbers during appeals, and (d) secure your funds with multi-factor authentication.
Ar wallet does not sell, rent, or lease your private personal data or trading records to any third-party advertisers or marketing agencies under any circumstance.
All user sessions, transactions, and payment credentials are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive credentials and passwords are irreversibly salted and hashed.
Users may request permanent deletion of their account data at any time by contacting privacy@thearbwallet.com, subject to completion of any pending escrow orders.
